Kandhamal | August 1 (Akulananda Digal): K.B. Hist Higher Secondary School at Panchabati Pasara in Chakapad block organized a welcome ceremony for its new students today. Principal and In-charge Janmejaya Nayak led the event.
Lecturers Subrata Digal (Education), Hemananda Digal (Odia), Satyaban Nayak (Political Science), Sangeeta Kumari Pradhan (History), and Rasani Nayak (Odia) addressed the gathering. They advised the students on the importance of education and a disciplined lifestyle.
School founding members Bibhishan Sahani and Purna Chandra Digal attended the ceremony to encourage the incoming batch.
Many students and parents attended the program. The school conducted song, dance, sports, and speech competitions, and awarded prizes to the winning students.
At the conclusion of the event, the College In-charge thanked the attendees and wished the new students success in their future studies.
