The Director General of Police (DGP) officially opened the JUVENTICA program. He used a video conference to launch the event. The main goal of this initiative is very simple. The police want to remove the fear of law enforcement from the minds of young people. The police encourage teenagers to come forward without fear. Adolescents can now easily report any bad incident or personal problem. The police want to act as friends and helpers to the youth.
To make this program successful, the government made a special plan. The department assigned one dedicated officer at every police station. This officer takes care of the youth outreach program and assists the public. For example, at the Tikiri Police Station, the department gave this important duty to officer Prasant Subudhi.
The Tikiri Police Station hosted a very successful event. Inspector In-Charge (IIC) Dinakrushna Mishra led the program. All the police staff actively helped him organize the activities. IIC Mishra spoke directly to the young boys, girls, and local Anganwadi workers. He explained important safety rules to everyone. He also told them to visit the police station without any hesitation to file complaints.

After the speech, IIC Mishra gave the children a tour of the police station. He showed them the different departments. He explained how the police do their daily work. This tour helped the children understand the police system better. Five Anganwadi workers and twenty-five adolescent teenagers attended this special session at Tikiri.
Other police stations in the district also saw great participation. At the Andarakanch Police Station, IIC Prasant Kumar Swain led the Juventika program. Around fifty young boys and girls attended the event there. Similarly, the Doraguda Police Station also hosted the program. Under the guidance of IIC Nilakantha Behera, more than twenty teenagers joined the awareness session.

The JUVENTICA program shows a positive change in the region. The Odisha Police want to build a safe environment for the next generation. By teaching teenagers about their rights and safety, the police empower them. This friendly approach will help build strong community relations. It will also make the district a much safer place for everyone to live.
