The initiative saw massive participation from all over Odisha. More than 15,000 adolescents joined the event across 555 different police stations. Members of various 'Advika Clubs', Anganwadi workers, and Para Legal Volunteers also took part in this large-scale community effort. Director General of Police (DGP) Mr. Yogesh Bahadur Khurania attended the event as the chief guest and officially launched the program.
Today, many young people face modern challenges. Negative content on social media often misguides them. They sometimes become victims of cybercrimes and other social issues. These problems cause mental stress for the youth. If young minds focus on negative thoughts, it negatively impacts their future and society. Therefore, elders, neighbors, and community members have a clear duty. They must provide good moral education and guide the children in the right direction.

DGP Khurania spoke directly about these issues during the event. He explained that the "JUVENTICA" program makes the police system easier to reach. It ensures a safer and friendlier space for young people. He asked everyone to listen carefully to the problems of adolescents. Giving them the right advice and moral support is a primary responsibility for all adults.
The DGP stated that this effort will build strong trust between the young generation and the police. He encouraged the adolescents to contact the police without any fear. If they face any problems, they should speak up immediately. Furthermore, he directed all police officers to connect better with the youth. Officers must stay alert and care deeply about the safety and well-being of the children in their areas.
