Cuttack, April 14, 2026 (Rupashree Swetapadma Mohanty): Marking Hanuman Jayanti, two massive processions were organised in Cuttack today by Hindu Sena and Hindu Jagaran Manch. 
Both processions moved through the city’s main thoroughfares amid devotional fervour, with chants of ‘Jai Shri Ram’, saffron flags, and traditional music filling the air. The events concluded peacefully with complete law and order maintained throughout.
Cuttack DCP Rushikesh Khilari personally supervised the security arrangements and monitored the processions on the ground. Heavy police deployment was made at key junctions to ensure smooth movement and public safety.
Thousands of devotees, activists from various organisations, and local residents joined the processions, which ended at their designated destinations without any untoward incident.
