NAYAGARH: (Report- Ramakrushna Rath): In an inspiring effort to protect our planet’s most precious resource, the Hansara Gram Panchayat in Ranapur Block celebrated Jala Arpan Diwas (Water Offering Day) on February 11, 2026. The event was filled with energy, purpose, and a strong call to action for the local community to save every drop of water.
To make the message even more visual, beautiful and colorful Rangoli art was created across the village grounds. These artistic designs depicted the importance of saving water, catching the eyes of passersby and sparking conversations about sustainable living.

The day began early with a vibrant Prabhat Pheri (morning procession). Villagers, school students, and local youth marched through the streets together.
