He arrived at the Bhubaneswar airport today. A large crowd of enthusiastic party workers waited for him there. They gave him a massive and warm welcome. From the airport, the workers led a huge procession. They escorted him directly to the BJP state headquarters.
At the state office, the celebrations continued. State BJP President and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) Manmohan Samal greeted him. Samal presented Panda with a traditional shawl and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Samal praised Panda for his excellent leadership. He reminded everyone that Panda also played a crucial role during the 2021 Assam elections. Samal stated that the party always assigns the right people to the right jobs. He said Panda made very smart strategic moves to secure this victory. He added that no amount of praise is enough for this achievement.
Baijayant Panda addressed the gathered crowd. He spoke about the recent historic victory. He said the people of Assam trust the BJP. They voted for the party for a third consecutive time. Panda credited this success to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He praised the Prime Minister's strong leadership and clear vision. Panda also thanked the local party members for their hard work. He highlighted the benefits of the "double-engine" government.
He noted that the party also achieved a historic win in West Bengal. He called this a new turning point for a New India. He thanked Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and all the dedicated workers. He said these victories take a big step toward fulfilling the dream of a developed India.
