Bhubaneswar: The Odisha state government celebrated National Panchayati Raj Day with a grand state-level function. Officials organised this major event at the Gandhi Stadium in Balangir. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi attended the ceremony as the chief guest. Thousands of people gathered at the stadium to mark this special occasion.
