HINJILICUT: (Report- Sarathi Padhi): The Congress party formed a new committee for the Ganjam West district on April 11, 2026. The party aims to build a stronger organization in the region. District President Dandapani Patra will lead this new team of experienced leaders. 
The Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) President approved the new members. OPCC Administrator Sameer Kumar Routray released the first list of leaders. This initial list includes:
Local Congress workers feel very happy about these appointments. Former town president Ranjit Kumar Polai shared these details with the press. He and other veteran members believe this new team will make the party much stronger throughout the Ganjam district.
