Bhubaneswar: The 24th National Para Athletics Championship officially began today at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar. Odisha’s Sports Minister, Suryabanshi Suraj, inaugurated the event.

The championship is a massive gathering of talent, featuring nearly 1,500 athletes arriving from 28 different states across India. Over the next few days, these competitors will give their best to win one of the 145 medals up for grabs. 


The State Sports Department and the Para Sports Association shared the final details of the event during a press conference yesterday. This championship highlights the spirit of determination and provides a platform for para-athletes to showcase their incredible skills on a national stage.
