Kolkata: (Reported by Sanatan Mahakud): A yoga Competition featuring various challenging poses and events was organized at Diamond City on Jessore Road. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from young yoga practitioners across different categories.
Myshaa Goel, a Class VIII student of The Heritage School, Kolkata delivered an outstanding performance by winning a total of five medals in the Advanced Yoga category. She secured three Gold medals, one Silver and one Bronze.
Two of her Gold medals were awarded for Partner Yoga, while the third Gold was won for performing the Suryantra Pose. She earned a Silver medal for Halasana and a Bronze medal for Purna Bhujangasana. In addition, she also participated in a Sit-ups Challenge during the competition.
Her remarkable achievement has brought pride to her school and family which showcased her Dedication and Excellence in Yoga.
