DHENKANAL:  At least two workers died after a heavy rock fell on them at an illegal stone quarry in Odisha's Dhenkanal district. The incident took place near Gopalpur village within the Motanga police station limits.
The accident occurred while a group of laborers were excavating and extracting stones from the site. Local authorities launched a rescue mission early Sunday morning to clear the debris and locate the victims.
