The event, organised by Aro Mira Trust at the Sri Aurobindo Integral Education Centre, centered on Sri Aurobindo's transformative vision: a world elevated by divine consciousness where humanity transcends its current limitations and India guides the globe.

Under the dedicated coordination of Trust Manager, Sukant Choudhury, the gathering invoked the divine presence of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother. The celebration highlighted Sri Aurobindo's conviction that a divine transformation will uplift the earth, enabling humans to achieve their highest potential and positioning India as a global spiritual guide. The event emphasized spreading this message of divine potential for all humanity.

The program featured prominent speakers who explored Sri Aurobindo's profound life and enduring impact:
  • Bijan Kumar Paikray, Sarpanch of Kurala Gram Panchayat, attended as the Chief Guest.
  • Sanatan Lenka, Coordinator of Nayagarh District Sri Aurobindo Study Circle, delivered a key address.
  • Dr. Adhibas Panda, Former Principal of Raghunath Samabaya Mahabidyalaya, Odagaon, shared insights.
  • Dr. Sanjukta Das, Odia Lecturer, contributed her perspective.
  • Dr. Priyambada Das, Retired Sociology Lecturer from Nayagarh Autonomous College, participated.
The speakers provided a comprehensive overview of Sri Aurobindo's journey. They covered his childhood, education in England, formation of groups for India's freedom struggle, his teaching career in Baroda and Kolkata, his leadership in armed resistance against colonial rule leading to imprisonment, and finally, his pivotal move to Pondicherry (from 1910 onwards). There, he established his Ashram and dedicated himself to spiritual practice (Sadhana) until his passing in 1950, all focused on building humanity's divine future. Discussions also centered on Sri Aurobindo's significant message delivered on Independence Day, widely known as his "Five Dreams" for India.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from district and block-level Sri Aurobindo Study Circle organisers and members, along with teachers, staff, students, parents, and invited guests from the Aro Mira Trust and the Integral Education Centre.
A highlight was the recognition of student talent. Children and young adults from local educational institutions (Kindergarten to +3 College level) participated in an elocution competition. Organisers divided participants into six teams named after flowers: Rose, Jasmine, Tagar, Champa, Water Lily, and Lotus. The program honored all participating students with certificates, saplings, and valuable books. Winners of the elocution contest received special recognition.
Sri Santosh Kumar Sahoo, Principal of the Education Centre, formally concluded the ceremony. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved, attributing the event's smooth execution to the blessings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother. The entire program was dedicated to their divine presence, marking a fitting tribute to the great visionary on his birth anniversary.
