Bhubaneswar: The Higher Education Department has officially released the notification for admissions into B.Ed, M.Ed, and BH.Ed courses for the 2026-27 academic year. These are two-year programs, and selection will be based on an entrance examination. 
Key Dates for Applicants
Interested students must apply online through the SAMS portal. Here is the detailed schedule for the admission process:- Application Period: March 23 to April 6.
- Data Transfer: On April 13, OCAC will send all applicant data to the State Selection Board (SSB).
- Admit Card Download: Candidates can download their admit cards starting May 27.
- B.Ed Entrance Exam: May 31.
- M.Ed and BH.Ed Entrance Exams: June 3.
How to Apply
Candidates should visit the official SAMS portal during the application window to fill out the Common Application Form (CAF). Ensure all details are accurate, as this information will be used by the SSB to conduct the entrance tests.
