DASPALLA: (Report- Subash Chandra Barik): On the significant occasion of Human Rights Day, the ‘Prakalpa Adhikar’ (Project Adhikaar) initiative organised a special social audit camp in Daspalla. The primary goal of this event was to assess the effectiveness of the ongoing public awareness programs run by the organisation. Community leaders and local citizens gathered to review how well the project serves the region.

Project Officer Prabhat Kumar Sahoo opened the session by presenting vital data. He highlighted that the project has successfully helped hundreds of people. These beneficiaries include the poor, the deprived, and residents of neglected rural areas. Because of Prakalpa Adhikar’s assistance, these individuals have gained direct access to various benefits provided by government schemes. Mr. Sahoo explained that the camp’s purpose was to measure the project's actual social impact on the ground.
The event saw active participation from key grassroots leaders. Sarpanchs from various Gram Panchayats joined the meeting alongside Master Book Keepers (MBKs), Prani Mitras, Krushi Mitras, Anganwadi workers, ASHA workers, and Ward Members. In their speeches, these community representatives confirmed that the project has driven genuine social and economic development for neglected groups.
The team presented a detailed report covering the project's goals, objectives, working areas, and target groups. The gathered guests reviewed the positive impact data. They agreed that this initiative serves as a powerful example of how to protect the livelihoods of tribal communities, women, the elderly, children, and persons with disabilities.

Sarpanch Sanjay Kumar Pattnaik attended the event as the Chief Guest. He praised the team's efforts and termed the initiative as highly justified. Saroj Sahoo and Kalinga Chand from TPCODL, Nayagarh, joined as Guests of Honour. Mr. Chand used the platform to educate the attendees about the ‘PM Surya Ghar Yojana’ (Prime Minister’s Solar Home Scheme). He explained the necessity of solar power for rural people and cited Prakalpa Adhikar as a model organisation.
Project Officer Prabhat Kumar Sahu emphasized that the role of departmental officers, Panchayat representatives, and "Adhikaar Mitras" is crucial for this success.
Several local leaders shared their personal experiences. MBK Runu Nayak from Kulurukumpa, CRP Pinky Patra from Khamarsahi, and Manasi Pradhan spoke about how the project helps the deprived. Additionally, Naib Sarpanch Pinky Khilar from Bhogabadi and Trinath Malik from Sariganda highly praised the project's workflow. The meeting concluded with a formal vote of thanks offered by Adhikaar Mitra Abhimanyu Sahoo.
