Lekha and Manav Halder, students of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Sri Vijaypuram, have been selected for the highly coveted ISRO Young Scientist Programme (YUVIKA-2025). This remarkable feat places them among an elite group of students chosen from across India to participate in this prestigious initiative.
A Highly Competitive Selection
The Young Scientist Programme (YUVIKA), organized by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), is designed to nurture young talent in the fields of space science, technology, and research. This year, out of 350 exceptional Class 9 students from all over India, only seven were selected from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
