International Sand Art Festival at Chandrabhaga Beach will bring together sand artists from across the world. In addition to Indian artists from West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat, the festival will have participation from Sri Lanka,United Kingdom, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Spain and Japan.Additionally, local Odia artists will exhibit their work.
