Ten-Day Yoga Camp Concludes in Kolkata

Kolkata: A ten-day yoga camp was successfully organized at Bichitra Abasan, Saltlake Sector 1, Bidhannagar by Vivekananda Kendra, Paschimbanga Pranta. The camp concluded today with a special program attended by several prominent members of the Kendra. 

Smt. Malavika Chatterjee, the Deputy Chief of Vivekananda Kendra Paschimbanga, introduced the Kendra to the attendees. Sri Viswasji Lapalkar, the Regional Organizer, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of maintaining regular yoga practice. He highlighted that consistent practice is crucial for reaping the full benefits of yoga. 

During the event, Smt. Rupali Mandal, who recently completed a Yoga Training Camp in Kashmir, shared her experiences and insights. Sri Balaram Kundu Dada, a member of the Eknath Division, and Sri Nihar Ranjan Samanta, the Bidhannagar Coordinator, also attended and contributed to the program. 

The ten-day camp aimed to encourage regular yoga practice among participants, stressing that follow-up sessions in regular yoga classes are essential for ongoing health and wellness. The camp successfully fostered a sense of community and commitment to yoga, with participants looking forward to continuing their practice.
